By using Offerlab’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Nature of services
Offerlab provides interview preparation services, real-time support during interviews, negotiation support, and related consulting services.
Preparation and support
We provide the agreed preparation and support. The employer makes the hiring decision and determines the offer terms and timing.
Client responsibility
You bear full responsibility for your participation in interviews and for complying with applicable laws and employer policies.
Payment
After a free introductory call and a mutual decision to collaborate, the client pays $100 and Offerlab begins individual work. Support lasts until employment, for no more than 12 months from payment. Commission arises only after the client actually starts their new job: 20% of base net salary excluding bonuses, from each of the first six salaries. Net salary means base salary less mandatory taxes in the client’s country of residence; bonuses, premiums, options, reimbursements and other additional payments are excluded. Each payment is made in USDT within five working days after salary is received; for another currency, the Google reference rate on that date is used. The $100 is credited toward the total commission.
Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding the cooperation, recordings, and strategic information shared during the engagement.
Limitation of liability
Offerlab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.

Employment ending or an offer declined
If employment ends after the first or second salary, including where the client resigns, commission is due for at least three salary periods. No commission is due if the employer ends employment before the first salary, or if the client declines an offer and does not start work.
Starting payment and refunds
Once Offerlab starts individual work, the $100 starting payment is non-refundable, including if the client stops cooperation or employment does not occur. If Offerlab cannot start or continue the work, the amount is refunded in full. These terms do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Interview recordings
We do not record employer interviews by default. If a recording is proposed, it requires the client’s consent, all other required participant consents, and compliance with applicable requirements and interview rules. Recordings are kept during collaboration, for no more than 12 months, and deleted within 30 days after collaboration ends unless the client requests earlier deletion.
