Step 1 — Free introductory call

  • The 20-minute call is free and carries no obligation.

The next step is a mutual decision about collaboration.

Step 2 — Mutual decision

  • Both sides decide whether to work together.
  • No payment is made at this stage.

If both sides agree, collaboration moves to the starting payment.

Step 3 — $100 starting payment

  • Pay $100 to start individual work.
  • The payment is credited toward the future commission.

Support continues until employment, for no more than 12 months.

Step 4 — CV review

  • We audit and improve your CV.
  • We refine how you present your projects.

Preparation starts with your experience and goals.

Step 5 — Interview preparation and support

  • We prepare for HR and technical interviews.
  • Support follows agreed interview rules.

We help you prepare for each stage, from screening to the final interview.

Step 6 — Review each stage

  • We review each stage and prepare for the next interview.

Preparation is adjusted for the next stage.

Step 7 — Negotiation preparation

  • We prepare you to negotiate salary and review offer terms.

You prepare for salary and offer-term negotiations.

Step 8 — Starting work

  • Commission starts after you begin work.

The commission phase begins only after actual employment starts.

Step 9 — Commission from subsequent salaries

  • 20% of base net salary from the first six salaries; the $100 is credited.

Each payment is made in USDT within five working days after salary is received.

Pricing

  • $100 to start, credited toward commission.
  • Until employment, up to 12 months from payment.
  • Once employed: 20% of base net pay from the first 6 salaries.
  • Employment ends after salary 1 or 2: commission for at least 3 salary periods.
Full terms
