Recording is optional and requires all necessary participant consents and permission under interview rules. Recordings are kept for up to 12 months during collaboration and deleted within 30 days afterwards, or earlier on request.

Until employment, for up to 12 months from the starting payment. We review each stage and adjust your preparation.

After you start work: 20% of base net pay from each of the first six salaries. The $100 payment is credited. If employment ends after salary one or two, commission covers at least three salary periods. Details and exceptions are in the full terms.

We help with your CV, practise interviews, review each stage and prepare for offer negotiations. We agree on an individual plan during the introductory call.

We compare the offer with your goals and prepare arguments to discuss salary and terms. You decide whether to accept.
