Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Offerlab provides confidential interview support services and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services.
What data we collect
The contact form sends your name, phone number, email address and message to Airtable to handle your request. To provide agreed services, we may also process your CV, job-search information, interview schedule and, where applicable, interview recordings. Website technical data are processed to operate and secure the site. After cookie consent controls are implemented, we may also process the cookie settings you choose.
Interview recordings
We do not record employer interviews by default. If a recording is proposed, it requires the client’s consent, all other required participant consents, and compliance with applicable requirements and interview rules. Recordings are kept during collaboration, for no more than 12 months, and deleted within 30 days after collaboration ends unless the client requests earlier deletion.
Confidentiality and anonymity
Before starting, we agree on communication channels and access to your materials. We choose the support format in accordance with the employer’s interview rules.
Payments
Payment is made in cryptocurrency (USDT). We do not store sensitive financial data such as private keys or exchange data.
Data retention
We store personal data only for as long as needed to handle a request, provide services, secure the site or meet applicable requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Interview recordings follow the retention period described above.
Website analytics
With your analytics consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure aggregate visits, conversion steps and website performance. Google Tag Manager loads only when both analytics and marketing are allowed. With both permissions, campaign labels from your link are also stored for this tab session and sent to Airtable with your request to identify its source. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or form-message text in our analytics events. Your cookie preferences are stored in this browser for 180 days. You can change or withdraw them through Cookie settings in the footer; the form works when optional tracking is rejected.
